It’s the littlest things. The way the electrical fittings of lights were. The way there were intriguing pieces of art and craft on the walls all over the premise. The way there was an unassuming tissue box on the table. The way the staff behaved with evident signs of healthy work morale. The way we were allowed the extra check-out time. The way breakfast options were satisfying. The way all of these put together provided a certain value for money and brought out into existence honest customer support.

We were very surprised about this accommodation. Outside does not reflect the inside. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It’s not far from the airport and it is situated in a very quiet street. The airco was really good and silent. The shower is cold, but there is hot water in the bathroom but you need to use the bucket and shower the Indian way. Which we liked. For this price we were really positively surprised. We don’t know if this would be a good Location for sightseeing. It is near the airport and we used it for one night to catch the next flight in the morning.

During my stay at Treebo Trend Thoduvas Star Plaza Cochin Airport, I found the property to be exceptionally clean, and its proximity to the Cochin International Airport made my journey extremely convenient. The staff members were not only friendly but also provided excellent service.

Very clean and tidy place. Spacious room for three. Very close to airport and access to some very delicious cuisine.

Its value for money. I stayed there for 3 nights in connection with business purpose. I came just to stay only. Room is neat with good ac. Not that big the room though it's worth for the money i paid. Had hot all the time and it's nearly 2 kms from airport. Though I didn't interacted with the staff much, they were friendly I feel. I recommend this place on a near lodging point of view

It was close to the airport and pretty quiet, not on the big street (not a lot of traffic). Walking distance (aprox 1,5 miles to the departures terminal). I did it with my big backpack, but there is asphalt, no need to be afraid if you have wheels. The room basic, but clean and with hot water running. Tv and all...
